What you type is yours
A cute buddy shouldn't be nosy. typytubby can't read what you type, and it couldn't send it anywhere if it could.
It counts, it never reads
typytubby only notices that a key was pressed, so it knows when to move. It never sees which key, and nothing you type is saved, logged or sent.
Fully offline
There is no network code in the app at all: no accounts, no analytics, no syncing. It has no way to send anything out.
One permission, one reason
macOS asks for Accessibility so an app can notice key presses elsewhere. typytubby only listens, and only counts key presses and left clicks. Say no and the character just won't react.
Everything typytubby can touch
- A count of key presses and left clicks, only to drive the animation
- Its own preferences: size, headset, keyboard, position and the apps you limit it to
- Its menu bar icon and the floating character on your screen
Nothing else.
